Training Plans
**5K Training Plan:** with a combination of walking and running, gradually increasing your time. Aim for three sessions a week, focusing on building endurance and speed. **10K Plan:** Incorporate longer runs into your routine, aiming at least one run of 5-7 each week. Include interval training to improve your. **Half Marathon Training Plan:** Follow a plan that includes long runs, tempo runs, and cross-training. Build up to a run of 10-12 miles few weeks before the race. **Full Marathon Training Plan:** Commit to a 16-20 week program that emphasizes long runs, recovery weeks, and nutrition.
